By using KDP Machine you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account: you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your password.

Acceptable use: don't use KDP Machine to create books that are illegal, plagiarised, spam, hate speech, or that violate the Amazon KDP Content Guidelines or the rules of any platform you publish on. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Payments & refunds: all purchases are subject to the refund window stated on the checkout page (typically 30 days). Refunds outside that window are at our discretion.

Your content: you own the books and covers you create. We only use them to provide the service to you.

No guarantee of earnings: see our Earnings Disclosure. We do not promise income.

Liability: KDP Machine is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes: we may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced by email or in-app.
